At FLOUNTS, we believe shopping online should be simple, transparent, and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and deliver your order from the moment it is placed until it reaches your doorstep.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • During promotional periods or holidays, processing may require an additional business day due to increased demand.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

  • Italy: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Partners

To ensure dependable delivery, we work with carefully selected international logistics providers and local delivery partners. Once your parcel reaches the destination country, it may be transferred to a local courier for final delivery.


Order Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking.

Customers will receive an email with tracking details as soon as the parcel leaves our fulfillment facility. Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

FLOUNTS cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided during checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before the order is processed.


Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs inspections may occasionally occur.

Any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local governmental fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.


Delayed Deliveries

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs clearance
  • Severe weather
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Local courier delays
  • Peak seasonal demand

We appreciate your patience and will gladly assist in monitoring your shipment whenever necessary.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long period or your parcel appears lost during transit, please contact our support team.

We will investigate the shipment directly with the carrier and work toward the most appropriate resolution.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photographs of the package before opening it whenever possible.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Each case is reviewed individually to determine the most appropriate solution.


Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately to improve delivery efficiency.

If this happens, each shipment will have its own tracking information.


Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before processing begins.

Once fulfillment has started, it may no longer be possible to make changes.
